Freedom for Stuffies!
Hey, Everyone! If you saw this picture, you’d think all is right with the world. And it was- in this moment. But let me walk you back to earlier that week…
(Steel yourself. Uncomfortable photo coming up.)
Discerning readers with impeccable memories might recognize that friend as D. Bunny, Esquire. I don’t blame you at all if you couldn’t tell. Instead of going off to summer camp at the lake to improve his Norwegian skills, he was left uncomfortably squished in the corner of the bed for weeks until I found him.
But- don’t worry! 1) Stuffies don’t feel time the way humans do- we can’t tell if it’s been seconds or years. 2) I took him on a little getaway trip. First stop? Meeting up with Brownie Bears Adventures. For those of you new to this blog or who don’t click links, here’s a recap: They are an incredible team of travel guides. Grizzles and John-Jacob-Jingleheimer-Schmidt create custom tours based upon your specific desires.
They got us off to a great start with our ride down the banister. Wheeeeee!!!!
That was almost more than my friend could handle. After all, D. Bunny Esquire is getting up in years. We turned down the adrenaline and played a game.
And then we got cozy on the footstool and couch for some video games…
After all that excitement, we had to calm down and read a relaxing “learning book” in the giant beanbag chair. I found it especially interesting.
And then it was time to go outdoors and enjoy the fresh air by the lake. We made sure to get lots of exercise in.
D. Bunny Esquire was pretty tired after all those adventures. So we finished off our afternoon with a nice swing in the hammock chair.
Look at how thrilled D. Bunny Esquire was to get out and about! This is what we’re here for- freedom for Stuffies!!! If you have a Stuffie that needs to be liberated and taken on an adventure, let me know. No distance is too far! We’ll be there as soon as we can.
