It's Not Thanksgiving if You're Not Earning Cash

Greetings, Stuffie Fans! It’s Yeti and crew, coming to you live from Rochester, MN. We did the “hole tour” of town and then went out to eat for Thanksgiving. We heard that this holiday is all about having a delicious meal so we chose Italian. We met up with some new friends visiting from Fargo, ND.

We started out with a Calzone- folded over pizza with extra cheese & pepperoni = very tasty.

Fajita’s curiousity led them to taste-testing everything. They thought this was a drink. Boy, were they surprised to learn it was actually a very aromatic olive oil! They’ve bought a bottle to take home and pour on everything. But they won’t be drinking it by itself anymore. Hee, hee.

Fajita and the Little Guys 2 couldn’t resist the fried Mozzarella sticks and Marinara sauce.

And then Little Guys 1 & 2 started using the spoon as a diving and flinging board. We were asked very nicely to check out the front windows of the restaurant and the diner across the street. Some people have no appreciation for free entertainment at their restaurants!

We finally made it to the infamous Silver Lake in Rochester, where we found Amelia Airheart and Loonie. They’d flown down for the weekend as well. We were almost attacked by a flock of geese looking for a free Thanksgiving dinner. Those geese have NO manners!

Next we all headed over to the bowling alley to pick up a few frames. We played well & earned some cash prizes. Woo Hoo!

What to do with all that cash? Earn more, of course! We headed over to the Bingo hall on the outskirts of town. We can see why it has a great reputation- terrific snacks, friendly staff, and lots of money-winning opportunities.
