Tacos Love Dragons
Greetings, Stuffie Fans! Guess what? We recently visited Twig, MN and were thrilled to learn that we had special invitations to a performance of Dragons Love Tacos at the UMD Theater! Yes, please! Fajita and I couldn’t wait until it was time to go. Especially when we heard the kickoff for the play was… a TACO PARTY!
I quickly discovered that our tacos were uncooked. Not as good, for sure. It looked like the bigger dragons had the tasty goods, so I climbed up to help myself. Good thing this green dragon was friendly!
While I was up there enjoying the deliciousness, Fajita helped themselves to the leftovers below. They are a way less picky eater than I am.
Before we headed into the audtiorium, we did some dragon research. It’s good to know which friends and neighbors you might be meeting. My favorite was the yellow dragon, for sure.
Trickster? Think we shouldn’t connect that dragon with Yeti. Who knows what could go on?
I think I might be able to star in a show, myself. Can’t you just picture me on a stage under all those bright lights? It was so hard to wait for the show to start.
What a terrific job they all did! We made sure to join the dragon party in the lobby afterwards. They couldn’t get over how cute the both of us were. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to share their suitcases and boatloads of tacos with us. That’s okay- we know how to get backstage now!
Hey, did you know there are lots of games about trains? We sure didn’t! We liked playing this game, even though we couldn’t read any of the words. The trains were too, too tiny for even us little stuffies to ride. We’ll have to go back to Eugene soon.
But, wait. The excitement in MN wasn’t over yet. We went into Duluth one day and got treated with a carwash. Have you ever been in one of these magical things? The lights, the soaps, the rocking of the car, all that machinery to watch… bliss.
See you very soon!
