Travel Tips from Some Experts*
Hey, all you Stuffie Fans! It’s me, Yeti, your future Ruler of the Universe! I’m excited to be back with you and update you on all my news.
First of all, I’ve been doing a little research. It seems my many donations ($1650- in one day last week alone) are going to go much further if I keep my home base on Earth. Yes, it’s far from a lot of the Universe. But the costs of having oxygen, equipment, food, entertainment, and other things sent to somewhere in space = too much $. My mansion can be bigger and better here- with lower shipping costs. And you won’t have to be sad missing me when I’m far, far, away from you. You’re welcome!
Which brings me to my next piece of news. It’s very clever that Scottie, Amelia Airheart, and all the others have worked out a scam system where they go on all-expense-paid vacations with customized lodging. We asked Katie if we could do the same. She was more than happy to send us on a trip!
We had an incredible week in Milwaukee. There’s no photo evidence of our time there. Let’s just say it’s for our protection. There allegedly may have been some unauthorized parties. We’re not allowed to say anthing else. How about that beautiful crab apple tree in the Fall?
We left Milwaukee and went to a beautiful spot outside Duluth to stay at an exclusive hotel. We read reviews that this place was perfectly staged for friends our size.
We went inside to check in and were thrilled to see some other cuddly guests at this hotel. This is going to be epic!
We were less sure about some other guests in the lobby. You know what I mean, fellow Stuffies! Puppies sometimes take a quick sniff to say hello. Sometimes there’s a quick lick to say they like the way you smell. And sometimes, it’s the munch and tussle. Yikes!
Luckily, these guests were curious and friendly. No munching or rough-housing involved. Whew!
We went to our room to drop off our luggage. Perfect beds were waiting for us.
And our own private fireplace with complimentary cozy beverages.
This place knows how to make you feel at home. We headed back to the lobby to investigate the other amenities. (The best kinds of hotels have plenty of free entertainment options.) This place delivered. Games…
And movies… Most of these are about animals and money and cars and candy! They really know their audience.
They had some nice landscaping outside on the veranda for our complimentary breakfasts. We stopped to smell the flowers.
And the grounds were beautiful. An almost-private lake? Yes, please!
Here’s to hoping you have a lovely weekend getaway in your future. We’d love to hear all about it!
